უპირველესად, მინდა მადლობა გითხრათ წლების მანძილზე თანამშრომლობისა და საერთო ღვაწლისთვის იმ საქმეში, რომელიც ქნიას ეგიდით 25 წლის მანძილზე გრძელდება ქუთაისსა და ნიუპორტს შორის. ამ ერთად დგომამ შექმნა საერთაშორისო მეგობრობის უპრეცენდენტო მოდელი და ბევრი სიკეთე მოუტანა ჩვენს ქალაქს და ჩვენს ხალხს!

First of all, I would like to thank you for your cooperation and contribution to the link between Newport and Kutaisi existing for 25 years under the auspices of KNIA and NKTA. This unity has created an unprecedented model of international friendship and has brought many great deeds to our city and people!

ელს, ივნისის თვეში, ქუთაისის მერის, შოთა მურღულიას თანადგომით, ქნიას საიუბილეო დღეები (12–19) იგეგმება, რომელსაც გრანდიოზული სადღესასწაულო შეხვედრა (18 ივნისს) დაასრულებს!



In June, this year, with the help of the Mayor of Kutaisi, Shota Murgulia, Kutaisi Newport Friendship Jubilee Days (12-19 June) are being planned. The culmination of the celebration is a Celebration Soiree (18 June).

 



aმიტომ, 16 ივნისს, გეპატიჟებით ყველას! ვინც ამ წლების მანძილზე, ყოფილხართ ჩვენი ძვირფასი ნიუპორტელი მეგობრების სტუმარი, ან მასპინძელი, ქნიას რომელიმე პროექტის ბენეფიციარი თუ ინიციატორი, მისი შემოქმედებითი თუ საგანმანათლებლო სეგმენტის ნაწილი... ყველას, ვისაც საკუთარი წვლილი აქვს შეტანილი ამ ორი ქალაქის მეგობრობის დიდ ისტორიაში!

ეიმი ორგანიზებულია ქუთაისი ნიუპორტის საერთაშორისო ასოციაციის მიერ, ქუთაისის მერიის, ნიუპორტი ქუთაისის ასოციაციისა და ბრიტანეთის საელჩოს მხარდაჭერით. ქუთაისი ნიუპორტის დელეგაციას უმასპინძლებს. ნიუპორტის მხრიდან ფესტივალში მონაწილეობენ:




The festival is organised by the Kutaisi Newport International Association supported by the government of Kutaisi. Active support is provided by the Newport Kutaisi Association and the British Embassy. Kutaisi will be hosting a delegation from Newport Newport people/organizations participating in the celebratory visit:

The celebration will be a witness to the success of the time-tested friendship and cooperation among people of the twinned cities.

 


Tვალს მივადევნებთ ამ უნიკალური კავშირის განვითარებისა და ჩამოყალიბების ისტორიას, ვნახავთ, როგორ მოიცვა ურთიერთანამშრომლობამ ქუთაისის ყველა სფეროს წარმომადგენელი და რა წარმატება მოუტანა ქალაქს მეგობრობის ეგიდით განხორციელებულმა პროექტებმა.


We will retrace the development and maturity of these unique links, see how they covered all walks of life in Kutaisi and what benefits they brought to both cities under the auspice of the twinning projects.

 


gიჩვენებთ, პარტნიორი ქალაქების კულტურის, ისტორიისა და ტრადიციების ცოდნა, რა დიდად დაგვეხმარა ქუთაისსა და ნიუპორტს შორის ორმხრივი თანამშრომლობის წამოწყებაში, უფრო მეტიც, სწორედ ამ ცოდნამ შეუწყო ხელი მეგობრობის განმტკიცებას.


We will show how proliferation of our knowledge in culture, history and traditions of the partner cities contributed to the growth of mutual understanding between people of Newport and Kutaisi and moreover, stimulated the development of links between Georgia and Wales.

 


vისაუბრებთ ქუთაისის და ნიუპორტის, საქართველოს და უელსის ერთობლივ, წარმატებულ პროექტებზე. გავაანილეზებთ იმ კონკრეტულ ფაქტორებს, რომელმაც საერთო მიღწევები განაპირობა და თქვენთან ერთად შევიმუშავებთ მომავალი ურთიერთობის ოპტიმალურ კონცეფციას, რომელიც კიდევ უფრო დიდ შედეგებზე იქნება ორიენტირებული.


We will also discuss projects of mutually advantageous cooperation between Kutaisi and Newport, as well as Georgia and Wales, and work out an optional approach to various aspects of our relations in an open way.

 


Rონისძიება სპეციალური პროგრამის მიხედვით მიმდინარეობს: მიღება ქალაქის მერიაში, შეხვედრები სხვადასხვა სფეროს წარმომადგენლებთან, მემორიალური დაფის გახსნა, კონცერტები, ფლეშმობი, ქართული სუფრის დემონსტრაცია და ა.შ., რომლის კულმინაციას ქუთაისის ლადო მესხიშვილის სახელობის პროფესიული სახელმწიფო დრამატულ თეატრში ბერნარდ შოს „პიგმალიონის“ ჩვენება წარმოადგენს. პირველად საქართველოში ინგლისურ ენაზე შესრულდება მიუზიკლი, რომელსაც საზეიმო წვეულება მოჰყვება. ღონისძიების მონაწილეებისთვის, მათი ინტერესებიდან გამომდინარე ინდივიდუალური პროგრამებია შედგენილი. ღონისძიება დასრულდება საქართველოს სიმღერისა და ცეკვის სახელმწიფო ფოლკლორული ანსამბლის კონცერტით.


The festival will be chronicled with a special programme: a reception in the civic centre, meetings with people from different walks of life, unveiling commomerable plaque, concerts, a flash mob, demonstration of Georgian cuisine, which will culminate with the performance of Bernard Shaw’s “Pygmalion” staged at Lado Meskhishvili Professional State Drama Theatre for the first time in English and an anniversary soiree. Participants of the celebration will also have their individual programmes meeting their interests. The celebration will over with the concert of Kutaisi Georgian Folk song and Dance State Troupe at Lado Meskhishvili Professional State Drama Theatre.
